Canadian Pest Control Products Act

The new Canadian Pest Control Products Act requires registrants and applicants for the registration of a pesticide to report incidents of adverse effects that involve their pesticides.

PROSAR collects safety information for products marketed in Canada and is available to complete incident reports for manufacturers to be submitted to the Canadian Pest Management Regulatory Agency.
