Steve Swantek, President and CEO
Steve Swantek is President and CEO of PROSAR. Mr. Swantek has been employed with PROSAR since 1998 and lends his 25 years of experience in Information Technology Services in various sales, marketing and general management roles to his role as PROSAR CEO. Clients benefit from his vast knowledge of PROSAR services and learn quickly that his ability to assess, communicate and meet the needs of clients leads to a successful business partnership. Prior to joining PROSAR, Mr. Swantek was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Zamba, a systems integrator specializing in Customer Relationship Management. He has also served as President and CEO of Goretek Data Systems, an application software company for Supply Chain Management; and as Vice President of Sales for Bachman Information Systems, a provider of database modeling and re-engineering tools for enterprise application development. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Fairfield University, Connecticut. |

Ann Claridge, Executive Vice President
Ann Claridge is Executive Vice President of PROSAR. Ms. Claridge has been employed with PROSAR since 1997 and utilizes her vast experience in management and information services to manage daily business operations and assess client needs for PROSAR. She integrates the details of client needs with long-range goals to ensure that all project requirements are managed to client specifications. Prior to joining PROSAR, Ms. Claridge was Vice President, Healthcare Marketing for Lawson Software, a software developer of cross-industry back office applications. At Lawson, she was responsible for product management and the launch of a healthcare-specific product suite. Ms. Claridge also served as Director of Product Marketing, Financials and Human Resources for Lawson Software and Senior Product Specialist for Oracle, a leading provider of database management and enterprise software applications. Ms. Claridge earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota. |

Joele Richardson, VP, Call Center Operations
Joele Richardson, MPH, RPh, CSPI, is VP of Call Center Operations with PROSAR. Ms. Richardson has been employed with PROSAR since 1997. During this time she has developed a keen sense of client needs and her professionalism and responsiveness is frequently praised by clients. Ms. Richardson's professional experience includes developing first aid label text for consumer and commercial products, and she has served on the Abstract Review Committee for the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication. Prior to joining PROSAR, Ms. Richardson was recognized for her work at the Poison Information Center of the St. Paul-Ramsey Medical Center, where she served as an Associate Toxicologist and Poison Information Specialist. Ms. Richardson is a Certified Specialist in Poison Information and a registered pharmacist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree and her Masters of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota. |

Heidrun Dame, VP, Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information
Heidrun Dame, MD, is VP of Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information with PROSAR. Dr. Dame's professional experience includes nine years in leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining PROSAR, she served as the Medical Director of Global Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance at MGI PHARMA in Bloomington, MN. In this role she oversaw adverse event reporting for both clinical and post-marketing cases for a variety of prescription medicines including anticancer agents. Dr. Dame also worked as a Medical Manager for Boehringer Ingelheim and as a Medical Director for Laboratorios Best in Bogota, Colombia. She has experience in drug safety and pharmacovigilance, medical information, project management and clinical research. Dr. Dame received her Medical Degree and doctorate from Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany. She practiced medicine for several years before joining the pharmaceutical industry. |

Carl Hornfeldt, Director, Medical Information
Carl Hornfeldt, PhD, RPh, is Director of Medical Information with PROSAR. Prior to joining PROSAR, Dr. Hornfeldt was the Director of Medical Information and Drug Safety at Orphan Medical, a Minnesota-based pharmaceutical company. His responsibilities included the development and implementation of medical information services to support company products, publication planning, preparation and submission of manuscripts, abstracts and scientific presentations and the creation of standard response letters. He also works as a medical writer for the pharmaceutical, device and related industries. He has personally authored over 30 original research papers and other peer-reviewed articles, 30 review articles, and over 60 abstracts, letters and other scholarly works. His credentials include Licensed Pharmacist and Pharmacy Preceptor with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy and Diplomat of the American Board of Applied Toxicology. Dr. Hornfeldt holds a PhD in Pharmacology and a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Minnesota. |

Linda Hall, Director, Quality Assurance
Linda Hall, MA, RN, is Director of Quality Assurance with PROSAR. Ms. Hall has been a registered nurse for thirty years with experience in intensive care, home care, long-term care, and managed care settings. Her professional background includes ten years experience in regulatory and quality management settings including Beverly Healthcare, McKesson Corporation, and UnitedHealth Group. She is a certified professional in healthcare quality and holds membership in the National Association for Healthcare Quality. Ms. Hall received her Bachelor of Science degree from Augsburg College and her Masters of Arts degree in Human Development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. |

William Ricci, Director, IT & Development
William Ricci is Director of IT & Development with PROSAR. Mr. Ricci has been with PROSAR since 2000 and has 13 years of experience in information technology, including management and software development, specializing in building fault-tolerant and secure infrastructures. Prior to joining PROSAR, Mr. Ricci was the IS Manager for Prism Software Solutions, an application software company for Supply Chain Management. He was also the founder and software engineer for BioconX, Inc., a security firm specializing in biometrics involving fingerprints, voice and retina scans. Bill is a Siebel Certified Consultant and Business Analyst, with an Information Management Systems degree. |
